We believe every individual deserves a supportive environment that eliminates barriers to independence while providing opportunities to thrive.

Our communities foster independence by connecting residents with essential resources, including employment assistance, personalized care, and financial benefits. Through strategic partnerships and unwavering community support, we aim to make meaningful, equitable change for individuals with disabilities.

Assurance Plus is dedicated to solving the housing crisis for Minnesotans who require supportive residential options. Our goal is to provide secure, high-quality, and uniquely designed housing that caters to the diverse needs of adults with disabilities. By expanding our housing inventory and building strong partnerships, we aim to create inclusive communities where every resident feels valued, empowered, and supported.

We are committed to fostering partnerships with like-minded organizations to deliver best-in-class services and care that elevate the quality of life for our residents.
